تسجيل أو تحيين الوضعية

التصريح بالإبن المعاق

الفئة المستفيدة ׃

يستفيد الأبناء المعاقون جسديا أو ذهنيا مدى الحياة من جميع الخدمات المقدمة في إطار التامين الإجباري عن المرض شريطة إثبات أن وضعيتهم الصحية لا تسمح لهم بمزاولة أي نشاط مدر للدخل بصفة نهائية و دائمة.

 واجب الاشتراك ׃

لا تتغير نسبة اشتراكك التي على عاتقك و المحددة في 2.5% رغم أن تحمل الابن المعاق يكون مدى الحياة

 التسجيل ׃

من أجل الاستفادة من الخدمات، يجب الإدلاء بالوثائق التالية ׃

    • موافقة مديرية المراقبة الطبية للصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الاحتياط الاجتماعي تثبت الإعاقة
    • نسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية  للابن ( المهنة بدون) سارية الصلاحية
    • نسخة من بطاقة التسجيل المؤمن
