Pharmacie

Prise en charge des médicaments coûteux à travers les pharmacies

La CNOPS, en tant qu'organisme gestionnaire, a conclu une convention nationale avec les pharmaciens d'officine pour la prise en charge d'une liste de 118 médicaments coûteux. Pour en bénéficier, les pharmaciens doit être accepté en mode tiers payant et un dossier de demande de prise en charge doit être introduit auprès des services de contrôle médical de la CNOPS

Demande d’accès tiers payant

Le pharmacien est tenu d’adresser un dossier de demande d’accès au tiers payant comprenant :

  • Une demande d’accès au tiers payant
  • Une copie de la fiche d’enregistrement du pharmacien délivrée par l’ANAM (réf. 0.3.18.01)
  • Un relevé d’identité bancaire

Demande de prise en charge :

 Les pièces constitutives d’une demande de prise en charge des médicaments dans le cadre de la convention avec les pharmaciens d’officine :
 
Volet administratif :
  • La demande de PEC dûment renseignée portant l’INPE, cachetée et signée par le pharmacien, conformément au modèle normalisé par l’ANAM ;
  • La copie de l’ordonnance ;
  • La copie de la CNIE valide du bénéficiaire ;
  • La copie de la carte d’immatriculation.
